The Bentonite Hills near Hanksville, Utah are among many features that look like they are from another planet. They are enormous mounds of earth, with dizzying swirls of color, depending on which of the many hills you are visiting. The most popular hills are extremely attractive and allow visitors to walk on them. My choices were more remote with almost no other visitors. Photo © copyright by Robert Faucher.
