Donjon Spire
Utah
Historically, donjon means the fortified tower and main residence of a castle or motte (the raised earth mound) in the 1400s-1500s. This unique, 384 feet tall, rock formation near Hanksville, Utah, is known for its dramatic appearance and otherworldly landscape, Some say it resembles something out of a sci-fi movie.
